The goal of Northwood University and Elite Coaching Consultants is to introduce our unique, new, and exciting, youth sport Coach Smart Performance Certification Program. Through our interactive workshops, training programs, materials, and expert consulting services, we provide an effective pathway to coaching and sport teaching competence. Our training workshops and expert consulting services will transform and improve coach and teacher effectiveness by imparting knowledge and strategies for effectively teaching players the sport skills, sport play competence, and responsible behavior outcomes, which parents, youth sport organizations, and recreational sport program administrators hope to achieve.
