Elite Coaching Consultants has developed a uniquely dynamic and transformational youth sport planning and instruction action framework calledCoach Smart Performance. Our extraordinary framework and coach education approach has been fashioned and developed around an educational, science, social, behavioral and experiential core knowledge base. This knowledge and experience has been packaged into a practical and easily understood sport coach planning and action model for sport teachers and coaches of youth sport. Our coach education program answers the why, what, and how questions about the Coach Smart Performance framework, and specifically demonstrates how coaching behavior can be transformed from a 'going through the motions' activity to a 'dynamic coaching performance' and 'game changing' force in youth sport. Our workshop presentations, demonstrations, and materials are the vehicles for the conveyance, dissemination, and ultimately the application of Coach Smart Performance in youth sport.

The Sport Fit Coaching Model is embedded within the Coach Smart Performanceprogramas a sport practice planning and instructional action process which optimizes a coach’s ability to help participants achieve sport skill learning and responsible behavior objectives.
