Elite gym systems provides competitive womens gymnastics programs and their atheletes with progressive up to date training in technique development, program management, staff education, team, and athelete training.

                                                                                          EGS FRAMEWORK

     Elite Gym Systems offers clinics for gymnasts,coaches,clubs, and parents providing the pathway to success by incorporating the EGS pyramid model.  The EGS program and clinics facilitates the  development of  communication, problem solving, and personal and social responsibilities, providing atheletes a performance model that creates a pathway to success in the gym.

The EGS training program introduces the

ELITE PYRAMID TRAINING MODEL

Incorporating and facilitating communication,problem solving skills, and personal and social responsibility.

SOLO CLINICS-The EGS solo clinic is a private lesson involving the gymnast,coach and EGS head clinician, Robert E Kubin.  The solo clinic can be scheduled from one to three hours.  Event rotations and skill training will be determined at scheduled parent, athelete, coach consultation (approx. 1 hour). Solo clinics provide high level technical instruction for gymnasts and coaches providing the appropriate and positive progressions,fear managemaent techniques, spotting skills, and a goal orientated training enviorment.

ECC maintains the typical rate of 50$ per hour in addition to any club fees and travel expenses     

TEAM CLINICS-The EGS team clinics is an inclusive in gym clinic that involves team, coach, and parent in an innovative progressive, and rewarding training experience.  A staff of EGS and world renown USAG optional coaches from around the country will train gymnasts and coaches in the latest and progressionally safe techniques in competitive gymnastics.  Included with the clinics are a parent meeting hosted by ECC preident Robert E Kubin introducing the EGS program, orientation of USAG competitive program, and protocol to athelete development.  Clinics can be hosted by the team facility or scheduled at our Stuart training facility.  One or two day clinics can be scheduled. A one hour coaches meeting is also included in addition to the in gym training introducing the COACH SMART PERFORMANCE PROGRAM.

Team clinic time, dates, and cost can easily be determined at initial consultation, free of charge.clinic costs are typically based on athelete attendance and duration of clinic and staff required.

EGS PROGRAM CLINICS-The EGS program clinic involves a gymnstics educational program that is all inclusive and covers the training and structure from parent and tot to optional competitive gymnastics.  Coaches and staff will recieve training in program development, skill technique, safety, welfare policies, problem solving, fear management, spotting techniques, and much more over a two day, 10 hour clinic.  Clinics are custom desinged to meet the immediate and long term goals of any gymnastics program. Clinics are held at your facility and will be hosted by  ECC president and head EGS clinician, and USAG safety certified and professional member two decades,  Robert E Kubin.

Program clinics  provide any gymnastics program with reasonably priced clinics that address the training needs of staff,gymnasts and clients.
